A secret alien technology

The eyes are the environmental transducer that through the retina and the optic nerve allow the brain to orient itself in space. My theory already exposed and which concerns how the images that the Virgin shows to the visionaries are somehow revealed, we are talking about those inherent to the first secret of Fatima, but this modus operandi is also typical of other contacts, foresees the bypassing of the organ of sight to project a representation of reality that does not exist, but which for the seer is completely real since it is processed directly in the cerebral cortex thanks to some extremely advanced technology.

The possibility of interacting directly on the brain is not that far off, because science has almost found a way to restore sight to the blind by opening a window on the brain of the visually impaired to stimulate the millions of neurons that communicate directly with the cerebral cortex.
The scientific project to achieve all this started from the Darpa foundation and through the allocation of almost 22 million dollars it has allowed one of its organizations, Neural Engineering Systems Design, to develop implantable and biocompatible neural interfaces at the University of California Berkeley.
Dr. Ehud Isacoff, professor of cell and molecular biology is the director of the Helen Wills neuroscience center and the coordinator of the research team who will insert a gene inside neurons, that gene that produces a fluorescent protein will put a glow every time the cell will have an action potential. These impulses will be read using a miniaturized plenoptic microscope implanted in a small window open directly in the skull.
The technology on which the microscope is based is based on a plenoptic camera, a special camera that through many lenses is able to capture the light, the image is then reconstructed on the computer using each focal point by combining the reading and writing of the neurons can then encode a certain perception and reproduce it on the cerebral cortex, in short terms a video can be encoded in such a way that the brain of a visually impaired can “see” it.
The goal is to activate millions of neurons using light.
